SHIPPING POLICY
In most cases, Top OF The Key Fashions utilizes USPS Priority Mail as the default shipping method for product shipments, with estimated delivery timelines of 2-3 days to U.S. addresses and 6-10 days internationally.
Should you prefer an expedited shipping method, please call us or use the Contact Us link to submit your request. We are able to accommodate most requests. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all costs relative to expedited shipping requests.
Orders submitted prior to 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday and 12:00 PM PST Saturday will be shipped the same day in most cases. On some occasions, the order may be shipped on the following business day. In the rare instance in which shipment of your order is delayed beyond two business days from the date of purchase, Top OF The Key Fashions will notify you at the e-mail address provided and you will have the right to a full refund if requested.
Because packages may sometimes be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control, please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us. If you still have not received your product after this time, please contact us via this Contact Us link.
Return Policy:
1. No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
2. Please inspect your merchandise before wearing. We cannot accept return garments that have been worn or washed any circumstances.
3. Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
4. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products. There is a minimum restocking fee of $10.00.
5. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
6. No goods will be accepted for return after one week from the date of invoice.
7. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped.
